A quick and easy way to create moonlight effects for Second Life photography. This also works for other types of photos, even real life photos.
There are other methods to do this, but I feel this is the easiest method for beginners in Photoshop.
A tutorial for photoshop about using clipping masks to paint shadows on to photos as an alternative to windlight. Painting shadows on a clean, shadow-free photo leaves the textures clear and intact.
